Returns/Refunds

At this time all sales are final and returns, refunds, and exchanges are not allowed.  We want to help needy animals so it would not be fair to them to have items returned or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
